ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

Trizepatide is different then Semaclutide as it targets two hormones rather then just one, making it stronger. It is what is called a dual agonist acting on both GLP-1 and GIP (glucose- dependent insulintropic polypeptide receptors. Adding GIP helps enhance the effects of the GLP- 1 providing a more comprehensive approach to managing diabetes and obesity. Also knows as Mounjaro and ZepBound. 

Both solutions involve receiving a weekly subcutaneous injection. The medication is titrated, meaning that you start with a lower dose and every month or so you increase over time. This helps patients avoid more intense side effects because titrating gives the body time to adjust over time. 

Actual weight loss depends on factors like lifestyle habits, diet, activity level, age and other medication you may be taking.
